Directors

Jim Epstein

Founder and president of Ecselance International, a micro enterprise development organization. Prior to his work with Ecselance International he was managing director of the International Institute for Sustainable Development at Colorado State University. His previous experience was in engineering management at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.

Raymond French

An entrepreneur who has launched new ventures and projects in restaurants, customer service centers, and training. He is co-founder of Alva Learning Systems, Inc. Mr. French helped oversee the start up and operations of the new company for over 6 years. After building the company to a team of 25 employees and average sales of over $2M per year, Alva was sold in February of 2006. Previously, Mr. French coordinated the opening of new customer service center facilities for TeleTech.

James L. Schoedinger

Has been in the financial services sector for over 25 years. Mr. Schoedinger spent over 15 years as a senior executive at GE Capital in the USA and Europe, primarily in the consumer financial services field. In addition to GE Capital, he led major financial services groups at Transamerica Finance Corporation, building a dynamic commercial finance business. Later he went on to initiate a turn around at First Data Corporation. His philanthropic interests include being an active member of the ACCION International Presidents Council, a board member of ACCION USA, a member of the Advisory Council of the University of Colorado's Bard Center for Entrepreneurship and an appointed Executive in Residence at the University of Colorado focusing on the business schools long range strategy.
