New Economy Venture Accelerator (NEVA)

NEVA supports emerging business owners and their enterprises in the firms' early stages.  NEVA provides physical space, leadership mentoring, and access to business school expertise and capital.  Some of the ventures in the accelerator will emerge from CSU's Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise MBA program, but it is open to companies from all over the globe.  NEVA works in collaboration with local, state, and federal programs to nurture what will be scores of companies within a few years.

NEVA's mission is to cultivate start-up student ventures from CSU that have the potential to perform on an integrated bottom line, providing social, environmental and financial returns.

CSU Ventures

CSU Ventures helps CSU faculty researchers transfer the results of their academic work to activities outside the university.  Whether they are still in the idea stage or already have a patentable invention, a useful software program, or anything else of value to someone outside of the university, CSU Ventures will work with you.

CSU Ventures is a matchmaker who brings the private sector and academia together for mutually beneficial collaboration.  This approach creates value for their customers and partners.  By identifying partners who share values and interests, their collaborations often span many years with success on multiple levels - from intellectual contribution to unique services that are part of the university infrastructure.

CSU Ventures also offers state-of-the-art incubation facilitties for early stage partners and several core research areas which are poised to impact the global marketplace.
